Today, June 1, the fifty-sixth weekly meetup of Free TON representatives took place. It was attended by Ron Millow, Pavel Prigolovko, Mitya Goroshevsky, Alexander Filatov, Joanna Eberhart, Roman D, Ben Sunderland.
Last week, the proposal on the creation of the Indian SG successfully passed the community voting. So there will be another SG in the project’s infrastructure.
After that, Joanna spoke about how was the first offline event in the history of the project, the AIBC Dubai Summit. More than three thousand people attended this event. For the Free TON project, this event was very productive, the team members returned home with a victory: Free TON was named the blockchain innovation of the year. A lot of active educational work was also carried out at the booth of the project: the team members showed the visitors of the summit how deBots work, how to register the TON.Surf wallet, spoke about the project’s history, ideas and philosophy.
SVOI.DEV representatives presented the TonWallet. Users can download it from the GitHub repository (detailed instructions could be found there) or install it as an extension for the Google Chrome browser.
Pavel Prigolovko spoke about the news of the DePR competition. He brought up the following questions for discussion:
- Whether to admit to participation in the competition articles posted on aggregators.
- It is necessary to revise the rule concerning 90% coincidence of the texts of the final article and the version uploaded to DePress DeBot.
- In the rules of the competition, it is worth adding an item on the mandatory placement of links to Free TON sites.
- You can take part in the competition for articles posted on some blogging platforms.
After that, all members of the meetup expressed their opinion on the proposed changes.
