Free TON Weekly Meetup #14. Free TON task force

by lerika

Today, August 4, the fourteenth weekly meetup of Free TON representatives took place. It was attended by Mitya Goroshevsky, Pavel Prigolovko, Mikhail Shapkin, Ivan Khokhlov, Roman D., Ivan Kotelnikov, and Ron Millow.

At the beginning of the conference, colleagues discussed the Wiki of the project group. Two Wiki groups were created in telegram: Free TON Wiki and Free TON Wiki International (in different languages). Now it is necessary to make a decision on the form in which the section on the Free TON project in Wikipedia will be filled out. It could be a competition, as suggested by Mikhail Shapkin.

Ivan Kotelnikov suggested thinking about creating a decentralized management system in the project. An element of decentralization in it should be the fact that the composition of managers will be determined by voting. Also, managers will change regularly.

After that, Pavel Prigolovko spoke about the launch of the Governance 1.1 voting interface. The interface is almost ready to launch and will be available in the coming days.

Colleagues received a question about creating a stablecoin in the Free TON network. Mitya Goroshevsky said that anyone can compile a smart contract and create any number of DeFi applications on the network.

Sergey Shashev told everything about what Broxus is. Broxus is a cryptocurrency infrastructure that has various wallets, including the Free TON wallet.
